What items are returnable?

• Items that are within 30 days of the purchase date that are at least 1/2 full of the original content.
• Bundles and sets must include all items originally contained in the set.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Free Gifts
• Gifts
• Gift Cards

We reserve the right to refuse any return request. The 30-day money back guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of a product.

How do I return my items?

For eligible returns, please contact our customer support team. Once our team authorizes your return, we’ll work with you on the best method to get the item(s) returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return from anyone whom we believe abuses our return policy.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and is processed, a credit will be made in the original form of payment. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.
