Yes! Buy one of our Safari Kits - the kit includes a sample of all our products and a $20 coupon towards your first purchase. We welcome you to try us out and customize your routine based on what works best for your baby.

Due to the promotional nature of our sampling program, we limit the number of Safari Kits a household can purchase to 3.

All our products are made with plant-based ingredients, pediatrician and dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, and thoroughly tested for babies' delicate skin. We always suggest spot testing a small area of your baby's skin before full application. If you or your baby ever have a reaction to one of our products, please reach out to our support team so we may help you!

Absolutely not!

Yes. It is normal when using natural stabilizers and thickeners in a product as we do, for products to change in color depending on temperature. Often a product can go from clear to white or vice versa in order to maintain efficacy. For example, a product will shift to clear in cooler temperatures and white in warmer temperatures. You may also notice changes in consistency as well. But don't worry, this doesn't change the efficacy of the product!

Yes, it is completely normal for there to be a slight separation due to changes in temperature and does not affect the efficacy of the product. Some natural ingredients have a higher threshold and may separate since there are no artificial binding agents in our products. Simply put the product in your fridge for a few hours, take it out and stir. This will bring the product back together. Even if it does not come back together 100%, it does not affect the efficacy.

Yes! You may return any products purchased (used or unused) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product(s) must be at least 1/2 full of the original content. Our Safari Kit, Individual Samples, Free Gifts, and Gifts are not eligible for a return. If you have a reaction to any of our products, we're happy to help find a better product for you. Head over to our Returns page to initiate a return or have us help you find a product that's a better fit.

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. We only notify customers about discount codes via email. Please refer to the email in which you received the code for limitations. In general, discount codes cannot be combined or used on auto-shipments.
